Well spoken. Love him or hate him, everyone has to admit Jade can certainly turn a phrase with the best of them.
there is one point IÆd like to bring up about the vast supply of advanced technology produced by the Star Fraction in regards to success:
The technological production of the Star Fraction remains very highly successful in relative terms of size (as SF produces a huge volume of high tech even compared to alliances 10x as large) I, personally, donÆt see that as the primary constructive success.
It surely is a major tractable marker of success. I donÆt want it assumed that I disagree with that; just not the most important part to me. Indeed Star FractionÆs wealth and capabilities are further testaments that blockading and extorting space is both ineffective and not the only rout to success.
to me, it is the open mind that holds pride of place in this reguard.
Who can say what the exact Butterfly Effect is on a pilotÆs life when when they learn that the use of extortion for access is not the only way. Each of us here have learned the truth that territorial claims are psychological only and any of us who wish to go deep into Delve or Pure Plind or Stain and harvest for ourselves are certainly able to do so with by a modi****of planning. Even to the point of near perfect safety with these new strategic cruisers (of which Star Fraction certainly produces).
Territorial claims are not reality once you get beyond the turret fall off of the Goonswarm types, save to those who choose to accept such limitations.
Freespace is the reality and Star Fraction is merely fighting to help people see this truth. A truth we all know to be true. Each of us here can go where we please and avoid the risks others choose to create in their dastardly attempts to impede us.
I personally have no qualms with people putting up outposts or stations and ôclaimingö a system for their use. I support co-opts and alliances making the most of the limitless resources of this cluster. I relish the economic juggernaughts that come from cooperative industrial and exploratory efforts that harvest the available stellar bodies. But closed borders are not only wrong, they are an impossible fantasy. Technology has moved beyond guarding the castle walls when we can teleport or phase or simply speed past.
The Paradigm has changed.
In the end there are a few simple truths:
Star Fraction is good for pilots and trade and security, NRDS means safety and isk and access to high tech goods for you and an often comical death for the idiot pirates that plague your space.
FreeSpace is good for pilots and trade and security, a wider world experience only heightens the effectiveness of the individual as drones make poor allies.
Regressives can not stop any pod pilot who has the will to succeed, so why bend to their whims?
Basically...get over the fantasy of total domination and embrace the benefits of evolution. |

which is one reason SF is (for exsample) out perfomring alliances 10x its size.
Ten thousand Sanshabots(tm) are not worth even the most rookie of Individual.

The Cult of Bliss has a nice ring don't you think? |

yeah i've stopped debating this because of it. Every third line or so has some nasty twist or dig or insult. Every second line is a mantra response of the same proposition, all of it based on an (admitted!) lack of understanding.
sincerity is impossible to conceal, just as hypocrisy and seething hateful attempts at defamation come through regardless of the topic of one's text. Merdaneth hates, hates, hates the Star Fraction. Everything he says is tainted by this infection vector and it costs everyone the change to have a good and honest debate.
the "Jade is a Tyrant rawr" has been debunked. Me just being me with my large-and-in-charge attitude dashes the idea that Jade is some dictator. I'd already have been booted for my fat mouth and my ôbetter to do and ask forgiveness than to ask permissionö attitude.
you expressed your opinion Merdaneth, you have been given the answer, you have offered no substantive argument against those answers other than you general disbelieve in anything a Star Fraction pilots says. Most importantly you have admitted your own inexperience with Jade and the internal workings of Star Fraction.
move on, your Debate has ended. Hate mongering just makes you look tarnished.

Ironically, this is how many people feel about Ms. Constantine. Much of the rest of your statement, too, in fact.
buy cutting the last part of my final sentence you twisted what I was saying to suit your petty aims. I disprove of you doing so to my comments.

That is the line that matters, ignorance breeds the necessity to back fill post with jive from a lack of substantive understanding. This was what I was calling him out on. Jade may be many things but she is not ignorant of Freespace or Star Fraction's ideology.
The problem here is that Merdaneth, like you, does not understand the Star Fraction. You are both outsiders, willful hate mongers and refuse to entertain any alternative view while so focused on trying to spread discord.
The difference between you is that Merdaneth is one hundred times your superior as he admits both his dislike and his ignorance and is honest about who he is. I can disagree with him, argue with him and know it is really an actual involved pilot who speaks and all of us (debaters and spectators) can take into account that he is a member of PIE with a long blood history involving war from the Star Fraction.
"Hester Shaw" is just some random creature and thus is inherently insincere.

Ah, and Mr Bliss - if it salves your feelings, I can happily drop the third sentence. It won't detract much from my original point.

I'd love to talk about you "point", but not to a propaganda mouth piece created to provide a false sense of neutrality mixed with the distain.

I got from his last paragraph ôhow is Merdaneth different from Mr. Bliss.ö
...oh honey child!
The ways we are different are as numerous as the stars in the sky.
Its like Apples and Passion Fruits, its like Water and Back Rub Oil. If in a deck of cards you were the duce of clubs...I'd be a lawn chair.
there is no comparison. you are an opportunist vulture and I am a cougar.

good example of a Jade vs another SF person disagreement (namely me). I do not believe Archbishop is a sexual deviant. I also believe that Blood raiders often are sexual deviants...not that as capsuleers that matters to us (the outdated planet bound social restrictions).
thank you for posting Archbishop.

For the record I believe strongly that there is a significant sexual motive behind the Amarrian religious establishment's promotion of slavery.
We will have to agree to disagree.
Oh No!!! A disagreement, how will I survive as a member if Jade is a Tyrant!? Oh wait a tic, SF is about being a FreeCaptain. It ainÆt just a jazzy name folks. I will refer to the ôwhat is said, is meantö line and leave it at that.

Originally by: Tecam Hund Your reply left me wondering if you actually read the statement Jade linked to.
I'll be honest with you... Tee-Kam? Am I saying that correctly? It doesn't matter.
Anyways, I almost never read what Jade writes. It's ego driven philosophical psycho babble unworthy of even five minutes of my time. If I wanted to read about why some terrorist organization wants to decimate galactic empires, I'd hunt down a Sansha and ask him, at least it wouldn't take as long.
Honestly, you Star Fraction are the most long winded little terrorists in all of New Eden, and that, is a feat I think everyone can agree Star Fraction have "achieved".
Well is looks like InveliousÆ low brow communication skills have started to spread to other members of his corporationà
I would suggest that you take either one of two courses (because this course is just adding to the idiocy of your reputation and that is unfair to your pilots).
The first course is one taken by most of new EdenÆs pilots. That would be the path of Silence. If you donÆt know or donÆt care what is being said then shut your flapping vomit hole and the cluster will continue on in ignorance of your poor conversational skills and idiot mantras.
The Second course is a bit more difficult and requires effort beyond the lazy ôtl:drö culls that you willing admit you are. Read what is spoken, research the topic, formulate opinions and then express them in a clear manner. If you bother to learn what is being said, if you look up references, I believe nothing is absolute and there is legitimate room for debate on every issue.
Also donÆt mock TecamÆs pilot call sign, you have numerous pilots with quizzical names and there are several ancient Ammarian loyalist corps named after such things as ôSpoonsö. If you think before you banter petty insult then less of them will blow up in your puerile face.

But thanks for being honest. I wish more Amarr loyalists would come out of the closets and confess that they don't actually care what Star Fraction pilots have to say and just try to attack our cause with random statements hoping for a lucky break. Ignoring majority of our IGS adversaries would save much time and effort and allow us to actually discuss something with the people who are interested in an intelligent debate.
It's Tek-um by the way. But yes, it doesn't really matter.
By the Empress, Teecum, I can not believe I'm about to say this, but, I agree with you. It makes me shudder to do so, but I have no idea why so many of my Amarr brothers continue to debate with you terrorist windbags. The pain of having to endure one of Jade Constantine's terribly written Intergalactic Summit communiques is worse than being subjected to the Holy Star cranked up to full power.
I understand why Amarr corporations may have negotiated peace treaties with you, so they don't have to listen to your endless parade of nonsense any longer.
same immature name altering disrespect and the same jack-ninny self defeating smack, Invelious has really trained you well. You sound so very much like him it is uncanny. I guess stupid runs in the water over in Deus.
Which is confusing to me because you have one of the most eloquent and concise Amarrians in the cluster. how many obelisk loads of isk do you have to pay him so that keeps company with such a bilge rat like you?

Originally by: Theophilas you start to take on the voice of a 20th century planet side English gentlemen,
I don't know what a 20th century English gentleman is but in this common trade language Bilge is the liquid build up of refuse and seepage from a ships internal systems and a rat is a generic term for vermin/rodents.
I suspect your trying to attack my terminology, for you have no rejoinder to the failure in conversation you just burped up on the summit. However, as we all are using the common trade language here I'm sure some historical or legendary or hoax-historical overlap will happen. I could look back over your commentary and make similar claims but in the end we just have to accept that sometimes the translation between our cultures into this common language comes with a few peculiar moments.
To dumb it down for you, donÆt be stupid and mock the language. Invelious must be so proud to have such a perfect lock-step fellow Deus employee.
